hi! i'm a person named rose. welcome to my website. this is the page where i talk about things like music and my life and other things i'm into right now. i also might talk about weird shit, so please only go forth if you're an adult! i hope you understand.
so, a brief introduction about myself to people reading this who might not know who i am - as the name might suggest, i'm a person named rose. i'm a trans woman and indie musician from california-ish. i have plans in my future to move to massachusetts to be with my girlfriend, who i love dearly. i was born in july of 2005. i take way too many walks and eat and drink a lot of things that are probably bad for me so i've started cutting down on those as of today. hopefully i can go through with it.
usually i forget to go through with a lot of stuff... i'm gonna start fixing that though! and hopefully keeping myself to a semi regular blog schedule will help me do this. OH yeah also I'm in a band with my girlfriend called the everfree forest and i'm in a band with her and my friend juno called peanut, tree nut, & gluten free. juno does her own music as a slight threat, i highly recommend checking it out if you're into TMBG/Lemon Demon type stuff. right now respectively the everfree forest is working on our debut collection of songs, PARTY MIX 2010, and peanut, tree nut, & gluten free is working on a very very very large album of songs named after stars from the video game super mario 64 which you have surely heard of.
i'm gonna shave after i'm done writing this and then maybe go for a walk, it's like 7:00 PM on the nose as i type this and i can see the sun going down because of the way its light angles off of our garage. tomorrow a Boss DR-110 drum machine should be arriving at the house i live in, so i'm very excited to play with that! i like drum machines and it seems like a fun one to mess with. they might be giants used it in a few of their super super old songs but the demo of Hell Hotel from 1984 is the only one i'm 100% sure of that isn't also one of the weird dial-a-song demos that i love dearly.
